TÜBİTAK 1509 supports international collaborative R&D projects that capital companies based in Turkey submit to EUREKA instruments (EUREKA Clusters, EUREKA Network and others). The project budget is capped at 25 million TL for single-partner projects and 80 million TL for joint projects (25 million TL per partner). For a firm's first 5 projects the support rate is 75% for SMEs and 60% for large firms.

1509 TÜBİTAK Uluslararası Sanayi Ar-Ge Projeleri Destekleme Programı takes applications on a rolling basis, so there is no fixed deadline.
TÜBİTAK application prep
Before your company applies to this program, its company pre-registration in PRODİS must be complete. It is done once per company; a company registered before November 2, 2026 must update its details in PRODİS.
- Open your PRODİS user account and take the “Firma Kullanıcısı” (company user) role; if the company is not registered yet, a person listed as authorized in MERSİS does the registration.
- Look the company up by its head-office MERSİS number, then complete what MERSİS does not bring, the partners, signatories, board, and the headcount and financial data of the last two finalized years.
- Pick the signatory, who approves the pre-registration with their e-signature and sends it to TÜBİTAK. Since November 2, 2026 no paper is sent; only a person with limited authority or a power of attorney needs an authorization document, uploaded as a PDF.
- Have the project leader and every team member with a graduate degree register in ARBİS.
- Check that the authorized signatory's e-signature is valid until the call closes and that their signing authority has not expired.
