Terms of service

These terms govern your use of getfund at https://getfund.space, a service of SOFTWEEN YAZILIM LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

getfund is research software for founders. It matches a founder's startup profile with funding opportunities that are published by third parties: competitions, accelerators, grants and public programs, investors at firm level, mentor programs, reference pitch decks (as links to their source) and a competitor scan. It ranks them by fit and deadline and can remind you before deadlines.

Nothing on the service is investment, legal or tax advice, and we are not an investment adviser, broker or placement agent. We do not apply on your behalf, arrange deals or introduce you to investors for a fee. We never hold, move or raise money for anyone, and we take no share of any prize, grant or investment you receive. Investors appear only as public information about firms.

Every listing is summarised from the program's or firm's official page and shows the date we last checked it. Programs change their rules, deadlines and amounts without telling us, so matches, scores and eligibility checks are indicative. Always confirm the rules and the deadline on the official page before you apply.

Unless a page says otherwise, we are not affiliated with the programs, firms or companies we list, and a listing is not an endorsement. Programs and investors cannot pay to change their ranking; anything sponsored would be labelled and kept apart.

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract. Keep access to your email account secure, give accurate answers in your profile and use one account per person.

Signed in without a plan, you see a preview: your best match in each category and the real counts. Starter costs USD 5 per month and unlocks every match with why it fits, the tracker, deadline reminders and the calendar feed, the competitor scan and the weekly digest. Radar costs USD 10 per month and adds a personal weekly web search for new programs that fit your profile, with a weekly Radar report. Prices are plus any tax that applies where you live.

Starter and Radar start with a 7-day free trial. You add a payment method when the trial starts; unless you cancel during the trial, Paddle charges it when the trial ends and then every month. There is one free trial per customer: if you had a Starter or Radar subscription before, a new one is billed from its first day.

You can switch between Starter and Radar from Billing. Moving up to Radar starts right away and Paddle charges the difference for the rest of the current period; moving down to Starter keeps Radar until the end of the period you paid for, and the next renewal is charged at the Starter price.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms apply to your purchase: https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms

Autopilot, a done-for-you application service, is not for sale. Joining its waitlist is free and does not commit you to anything.

Paid plans renew every month until you cancel. If we change a price, we tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal.

You can cancel at any time from Billing, which opens Paddle's customer portal. If you cancel during the free trial, you are not charged. After that, cancelling stops the next renewal and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.   • Do not copy, scrape or bulk-download the catalog, or resell or republish it.
  • Do not work around the plan limits, rate limits or security measures, or access the service with bots beyond normal personal use.
  • Do not use the service for anything unlawful, or to send unsolicited messages to the programs and firms we list.
  • Do not share your account with other people.

Your idea, profile answers and notes stay yours. You give us a limited permission to process them only to run the service for you: matching, explanations, reminders and the competitor scan. We never share your idea with programs or investors, and we do not use what you write to train AI models.

Listing facts come from public official sources and link back to them. Our summaries, rankings, software and design belong to us. Names and marks of programs, firms and companies belong to their owners.

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but we provide it as it is and as available. We may change or stop features. If we change these terms in a way that matters to you, we tell you before the change takes effect.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for missed deadlines, rejected applications, funding decisions or other outcomes of decisions you make using the service, or for indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to support@getfund.space. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we tell you why unless the law prevents it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Istanbul (Anadolu) courts and enforcement offices are competent for disputes. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory protections of the law where you live, and consumers in Türkiye may also apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts.
