Eligible locations: Horizon Europe countries. The company must already be incorporated. Only startups in these sectors qualify: Climate and energy, Mobility and logistics, and Proptech and construction. Other requirements: Consortium must include at least 3 partners from 3 participating countries; Consortium must include at least one urban government authority; Cross-cutting topic proposals must include a private sector organisation.
