Who can apply to Strategic Innovation Open Call?
Eligible locations: European Union and Horizon Europe countries. The company must already be incorporated. Only startups in these sectors qualify: Climate and energy, Healthtech, and Mobility and logistics. Other requirements: Consortium of minimum two independent legal entities from two different EU/Horizon Europe countries; Minimum co-funding rate of 35%.

The Strategic Innovation Open Call deadline is January 28, 2027. Applications open on June 19, 2025. Next cycles: 5th cut-off date: 3 June 2027.
