How to connect another MCP client to getfund

Claude Code and Codex install getfund with one line and come with a browser tool that fills your forms, so they have their own guides. Every other MCP client connects to the same address and signs in once in the browser.

Using Claude Code or Codex?

Their guides cover the one-line install, the sign-in and your first application.

Step by step

  1. Claude Desktop and claude.ai

In Claude, open Settings > Connectors, choose Add custom connector, paste the address below and press Connect. Sign in to getfund in the browser tab that opens and press Approve.

They have no browser tool, so they read and draft only: you fill in the form yourself.

    Connector URL
    https://getfund.space/mcp
  2. Cursor and VS Code

Open the Agent assistant tab of Autofill, expand Other MCP clients and press Add to Cursor or Add to VS Code. The editor adds getfund and asks you to sign in in the browser.

  3. Clients without a browser sign-in

A client that cannot sign in in the browser sends an API token instead. Open Advanced: API token on the Agent assistant tab, create a token and send it as the Authorization: Bearer header.

Troubleshooting

The client cannot sign in

Use an API token from Advanced: API token on the Agent assistant tab instead.

401

The sign-in was revoked or the token is wrong. Sign in again, or create a new token.

402

Saving answers and applications needs the Autopilot plan. The read tools still work.

What the agent never does

  • It never submits an application without your explicit yes.
  • It never overwrites your own answers unless you ask it to.
  • It never adds a program to your queue that you did not name.

Frequently asked questions

Why do Claude Code and Codex have their own guides?

Their getfund plugin installs a browser tool with getfund, so they fill the program's form themselves. Most other clients have no browser tool and read and draft only.

Which address do I use?

https://getfund.space/mcp, the same for every client.

How do I disconnect?

On your getfund account page, find the client under connected apps and press Disconnect, or revoke its token. Your applications and brain answers stay in your account.

Try it on your own application

Open Autofill in your account to set up the extension or the agent assistant. Both work on the Autopilot plan.
