Coordinated by KOSGEB with a KGF guarantee, this programme lets SMEs refinance existing bank loans with a principal balance of up to 30 million TL through a new loan of 24 to 48 months. The guarantee covers 80% of the loan, up to 24 million TL per business. Applications go through the participating bank branches.
