Life Sciences Innovation Fund is aimed at startups at these stages: Pre-seed and Seed. Eligible locations: Canada. The company must be incorporated in Canada. Only startups in these sectors qualify: Biotech and Healthtech. Other requirements: Headquartered in Ontario; Raised less than $3 million in third-party capital; Raising a round of $1 million to $5 million.
