An invitation-only exploratory program of The Basement at UC San Diego for current students who want to refine a startup, social innovation or small business idea. It offers subject-area mentors, an online curriculum, in-person workshops, co-working space access, co-curricular record credit and possible access to prototyping funds.

Who can apply to Founders Studio?
Founders Studio is aimed at startups at these stages: Idea. Other requirements: Founder or team lead must be a current UC San Diego student; Students must be in good academic standing; Participation by invitation only through partner schools, departments and student organizations.
