Who can apply to DeepTech Accelerator?

DeepTech Accelerator is aimed at startups at these stages: Pre-seed. Eligible locations: Estonia. The company must be incorporated in Estonia. Other requirements: Strong link to an Estonian university or R&D institution; At least two founders and a signed shareholders' agreement; No previous government grants or support (e.g. ÄRGAS, RUP).
