Where does the data come from?
From each program's and fund's own official page. Every listing shows its source link and the date we last verified it. We don't copy other databases.
Why do I only see my top match in each category before I pay?
Because your best match is the proof. If it's a strong fit, Starter opens the rest for $5 a month. If it isn't, you paid nothing and lost a minute.
Do you apply for me?
Not today. We find, check and rank; you apply on the official page, and your plan reminds you before each deadline. Autopilot goes one step further: it drafts every answer from your confirmed facts, the getfund browser extension fills the real form in your own browser, and you review and press submit yourself. getfund never submits on your behalf; we keep the site's own confirmation as proof.
Is getfund investment advice, or a broker?
Neither. getfund is research software: it finds, checks and ranks public programs and investor firms for your profile. It is not investment, legal or tax advice, we are not a broker or placement agent, and you decide and apply on the official page.
Do you ever handle the money?
No. We never hold, move or raise money, and we take no cut of any prize, grant or investment you win. The only payment is your subscription, which Paddle processes as our merchant of record.
Do you show investor emails?
No. We show firms: their thesis, stage, cheque size and official way to pitch. Personal emails and phone numbers are never listed.
Is my idea private?
Yes. It's used to match you and nothing else. We never share it with programs or investors, and we don't train models on what you write.
Which countries do you cover? Is it in Turkish?
Türkiye in depth, plus Europe, MENA, the US and programs open to teams anywhere. Each match says which countries it accepts, and the whole app works in English and Turkish.
How does billing work, and can I cancel?
Starter and Radar are monthly and paid from the day you subscribe. Paddle, our merchant of record, charges your card then and every month after. Cancel in one click from Billing and your plan stays on until the end of the period you paid for; our refund policy gives you 7 days after a payment to ask for your money back.
